Maintenance & Operations
Scheduler – Managed
and progressed all aspects of the two PX unites in P6. Worked with bother
operations and maintenance foreman to create daily and three week schedules.
Since implementing P6 at BP we have increased resource efficiency from 40-50%
to 85-90%.

Generate a daily schedule everyday in addition to a
three week schedule once a week for planning and forward looking.

Ensure all preventative maintenance activities are
done on time using intricate global changes in P6.

Use Pipeline transporter to import all work orders
from SAP to P6.

Generate Daily and Weekly metrics to management in
order to effectively evaluate performance and make decisions.

Generate Material list once a week from P6 in order
for warehouse to have work order materials packaged for the next week.

Analyze and file resource efficiency reports to
ensure the client’s resources are being scheduled in a way to maximize
resource allocation.
WORK MANAGEMENT – Norcross, Georgia2012 - 2014
Assigned to TVA’s Watts Bar Unit 2
Completion Project in Spring City, TN. Watts Bar U2 is a $4B project with a
1,180 megawatt reactor.
Licensing Scheduler – Managed and progressed all
aspects of the licensing schedule. Worked closely with Bechtel and TVA
management to plan and assist in development of all licensing schedules.
Analyzed histograms and work off curves to provide management with accurate,
insightful information to assist with decision making. Provide reports that
appear in the sites weekly status update package.

Appointed by Site Licensing
Manager to lead effort in identifying criteria, as well as drive critical NRC
commitments to closure.

Because of my proven
reliability, critical path analysis, and broad understanding of engineering
and licensing activities, I was selected to represent Licensing and
Engineering at site critical path meeting, although seasoned staff were
available

Developed Licensing Amendment
schedule template for Corporate Licensing Manager for use by all TVA nuclear
plants

Assisted in development of
Licensing, Start-up, and Licensing Closure Group schedule.

Licensing, Start-up, and Licensing Closure Group schedule with consistently
high schedule adherence.
Engineering Scheduler – Updated and progressed all 5 of
the Engineering discipline’s schedules. Organized and analyzed data for
managers to efficiently allocate resources. Developed and maintained
histograms that tracked every engineering design and field change request
issued. Maintained procurement schedule for motor operated valves.
